30 clean & jerk (135/95)

Strength:
Find a 1RM of a weighted push up
Workout Of the Day:
4 Rounds, 6 minutes each
Alternate between running an 800m and a 400m
For the remainder of the 6 minutes, complete as many knee tuck sit-ups as possible

Work your way up to a 1RM or heavy single.
