D1: 65/45 — Jumping pull ups
D2: 55/35 — Jumping pull ups
D3: 45/10 DB — Jumping pull ups

The goal is to go completely unbroken and finish sub 3 minutes. You may only scale up the pull ups to kipping pull ups if you have a sub 3 minute Fran with unbroken pull ups, otherwise let’s preserve the sprint stimulus.
