To progress in weight the following points of performance need to be in place: weight in heels, good lumbar curve maintained, active shoulders, no flex in knees and hips throughout. Coach’s eyes on for all sets of 3.

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
1 rope climb
11 Push press
Shuttle run

D1: 65/45 — rope climb
D2: 55/35 — rope climb or progressions
D3: 45-PVC — rope climb progressions

Cash out:
Heavy farmers hold for a total of 5 minutes.

Rope climbs are all about a good wrap and hip extension to assist the climb.
