1 Round for time-
800m Farmer Walk (40/20)
Shoulder to Overhead (6,000LBS males/4,000LBS females)

-Pick the weight you want to use and divide it by 6,000lbs to find how many repetitions you have to do.
Example: 185lbs divided by 6,000lbs =33 Reps (Round up always :P )
