Strict pull ups or strict weighted pull ups (max of 5 reps each minute)

Workout Of the Day:
Run a 5k

D1: 5k
D2: Run 1 mile for time, rest run another mile for time
D3: 1 mile for time

Cash out:
Stretch your calves, hips and shoulders, you’ll want them fresh for tomorrow.
