Don’t be this guy (btw, the “go again” cue, is a bad one), or this guy. Check out this girl, she does a good job of pulling the slack out of the bar and then lifting, watch her back and how it stays very flat.
Workout Of the Day:
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
Sumo Deadlift High Pull and Box Jump Ladder
Reps increase by 2 each round as follows: (2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22…)
2 SDHP
2 Box Jumps
4 SDHP
4 Box Jumps
6 SDHP
6 Box Jumps
And so on until 7 minutes elapse.
