The front squats are heavy, good form is very important! Pick a weight where you can maintain the points of performance throughout the WOD.
- Pretty legit video, although demo of knees over toes isn’t accurate, athlete’s knees are still collapsing in slightly. Give it a watch and see a demonstration of good form versus bad.

Answer from yesterday: Camzin's hips are very high and her shoulders are far in front of the bar in the hang position, this means that she is attempting the lift with her lower back instead of her legs and hips. The weight will also be out in front of her in the catch, which is exactly how she lost it at Regionals.
