Take 5 minutes to practice:
Double unders

Focus on bounding straight up with an efficient jump, here is an excellent video from Rx Jump Rope’s owner: Common double under flaws

Workout Of the Day:
AMRAP in 3 minutes:
Renegade rows with a push up (40/30 is Rx, scale as needed)

-Rest exactly 3 minutes-

“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders
Sit ups (DB’s can be used to anchor feet)

D1: 50-40-30-20-10/double unders/sit ups
D2: 30-25-20-15-10/double unders/sit ups
D3: 90-75-60-45-30/single unders/sit ups

Cash out:
2 minutes rolling out shoulders
1 minute in pigeon stretch each leg
