Alex Ceniceros

Alexander has trained for various sports such as bouldering, football, mixed martial arts, and powerlifting, but since December of 2014 has focused solely on the sport of Weightlifting and CrossFit, with an ultimate goal of competing at the Regional and Games level. In addition to being an athlete, he has coached more than 500 hours of CrossFit classes and group classes and has more than 3 years of personal training experience to bring to the table. His background with various sports and training modalities allows him to always provide different stimulus and variations in your training to help you continuously improve, make progress and most importantly enjoy training.
