Tim Adams

Tim has been a United States Marine since 2001 and with Crossfit since 2010. These backgrounds have allowed him to have a very expansive view of fitness. From training as an Endurance athlete, competing regularly in the Highland games, or the rigors that come with being in the military; Tim trains with a focus on functionality, diversity and, mental and physical toughness.

He has always actively working to help people find the motivation and discipline to better their health and wellness. Possessing a keen and deep knowledge of nutrition and training methods, he is always available to answer anyone's questions.
