How has CrossFit made you a better mom?

CrossFit has made me much stronger than I ever thought I could be. As a parent of a child with special needs, I have a lot of stress in my life and this is the one thing I do for myself. Getting a great workout in the morning helps me achieve more in my day. Plus, I have made such awesome friends, they make the tough workouts fun.

Phrases such as “activate your fanny” may be misinterpreted where I come from (Australia).
